MOD Behavior ABA is currently seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention and also supervision of BT and RBTs. They can assist clients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on clients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Must have BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree preferred
- 2 years experience preferred not required
- Medicaid # preferred not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to RBT's
- Completes assessments and re-assessments
- Update goals and objectives
- Monitor treatment progress
- Analysis data and update plans accordingly
- Provide parent training
- Travel throughout the county
